Our Vision is pretty simple; we want to give wholesome food at affordable prices. All dishes on our menu have been handpicked by Marcus and myself. We are appealing towards customers that do not want to go to a restaurant and feel the need to get dressed up to the 9s.
We are wanting people to come into Jack Spratt and relax. Not feel that they are being rushed to accommodate for the next customers. It is this attitude that makes us different from our local competitors and shines through every aspect of Jack Spratt from the morale of the staff to the attention to detail of our chefs.
Being so close to the town hall brings in a high volume of customers for lunch. Our lunch menu contains dishes that take no longer than 15 minutes to reach you. We have recognized that customers only have 30 minutes lunch break so they really need to be in and out. It is this vision that has helped us become so popular and we hope to continue this success.
